Delete Your Account
You have the right to permanently delete your Deepchill account and all associated data at any time.
This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, all your data — including your inventory, containers, and household — will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your account credentials (email address)
- Your household and all members associated with it
- All inventory items, containers, and related metadata
- All usage data tied to your account
How to request deletion
Send us an email from the address associated with your Deepchill account. Include your request to delete your account and we will process it within a reasonable timeframe.

Processing time
We will confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days, in accordance with GDPR requirements. We may contact you to verify your identity before proceeding.
Data retention exceptions
In limited cases, we may be legally required to retain certain records (e.g. for tax or legal obligations). Any such data is kept only as long as required by law and is not used for any other purpose.
